The AAS-in-Asia Conference 2025 will be held in 16 halls of four hotels in Kathmandu’s Lazimpat neighbourhood. The four hotels – Hotel Radisson Kathmandu, Hotel Dusit Princess, Hotel Tibet and Hotel Manaslu – are within a minute’s distance of each other. Registration will be in Begnas Hall of Hotel Radisson from 12:00 noon to 5:30 pm on Saturday, 31 May, 2025 and on conference days at the foyer of the Nepa-Dhuku Hall from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Opening Ceremony will be at Nepa-Dhuku Hall of Hotel Radisson at 6:00 pm on 31 May, 2025.
