REGISTRATION

Attendees of the AAS-in-Kathmandu Conference 2025 will have to register their names on site prior to attending conference sessions. Registration will take place on Saturday 31 May, 2025 between 12:00 noon to 5:30 pm at Begnas Hall of Hotel Radisson. There will be five desks for registration. ID is needed for registration. Attendees will get their name badges, conference tote bag and lunch coupons during registration at the venue. Conference participants who have paid for the Program Book can collect their copy during registration.

Registration will remain open from 8:00 am to 5:00 on 1–4 June. The registration desk will be in the foyer of the Nepa-Dhuku Hall on these days.
